The fight to #StopSurrogacyNow is ongoing, but we are as committed to this campaign today as the day it was launched. The landscape of politics, medical developments and technological enhancements may shift, but our goal remains the same – to Stop Surrogacy Now, globally and totally.
We recently learned that India’s Lok Sabha (a house of Parliament) passed Surrogacy (Regulation) Bill 2016, aimed at banning commercial surrogacy. This success is a great way to bring 2018 to a close, but there are more challenges to face in 2019.
We run this important campaign on a modest budget and don’t require membership or dues to be part of this. The administrative work and website upkeep of Stop Surrogacy Now are managed by The Center for Bioethics and Culture – would you consider a gift to the CBC to help cover the costs to maintain the campaign? Dollar for dollar, your support goes directly to getting the job done, and we promise that your gifts will be used wisely.
The Center for Bioethics and Culture is a non-profit 501(c)(3) public benefit educational organization. All gifts are tax-deductible.
