“An independent inquiry has been set up to investigate the death of a young woman who died more than three years ago while undergoing fertility treatment in the Rotunda Hospital in Dublin. A British expert in fertility will head the inquiry into the death of Jacqueline Rushton (32), of Ardleigh Park, Mullingar, Co Westmeath, who died on January 14, 2003.”
